Subject: [U] Tournament results from this weekend
 Date: Wed, 6 Jun 2007 12:22:34 -0400

  Hey Jim,

Had my 3rd tournament this weekend and finally finished outside of 4th place like I did on the first 2 tournaments. I came in 1st place this time and I caught big bass. This was a 2 day tournament on Sat and Sun, I pre-fished on Friday and caught a few small largemouths, and one keeper. On Sat 1st day, sunny and 90 degrees, fish had lock-jaw big time. Caught my first keeper at 0900 on a Pop-R, and it was my big bass of 3-13 oz, that was my only fish caught until 1330, when I started flipping isolated bushes some 40-60 yards off of the shoreline in 15-20 feet of water. Made four flips and caught 3 largemouths, all on a sweet beaver with a 1/4 oz slider head. 1st day weigh in of 9lbs 8 oz, 1st place after day 1.

On day 2 started out with winds in the 30 mph range then came the rain, lightning and hail, had a hard time keeping situated over the same submerged timber area. Caught a few small largemouths throughout the day, on a spinner bait, beaver, and a black and chartreuse trick worm on a shaky head jig. Ended up on day 2 with 0 fish weighed in and ended the tournament with 9lbs 8 oz. Luckily for me everyone else also had a problem with not catching fish on day 2. There was a few, but they still didn't have enough to catch up to my day 1 weight. So for this 3rd Tournament I came in 1st place and also caught big bass, so it was a good weekend tournament at a lake that I really never did like to well.

Also, I am trying to get with some of the other NM Bass Clubs, there are 6 of them all through-out the state and seeing if I can attend one of there monthly meetings to show and present the All-Charge and Stay-N-Charge to the members since a lot of those other members do not attend the Federation Tournaments.

I also want to run an add in our Federation Newspaper, for your products. Do you have any specialty add that you would like for me to use, or I can just use the Stay-N-Charge logo.

> Have a great day
