ALL CHARGE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Locate
the central point in the trolling battery compartment wall between the
trolling battery,
2. Install
the Smart box on the wall closest to the middle of the trolling
batteries with the box facing out and the mounting brackets top to
bottom.
3. Connect
the battery wires from batt, 1 to the battery that the positive cable
goes to the positive directly to the trolling motor making sure red goes
to positive and black goes to negative.
4. Connect
the battery wires from batt, 2 to the battery that the negative cable
goes to the negative directly to the trolling motor making sure red goes
to positive and black goes to negative.
5. Run the
red and black wires with the plug end supplied from the trolling battery compartment to
the boat’s starting battery compartment making sure that the circuit
breaker goes to the boat’s starting battery. Make sure that the wires
are not going to rub against anything that could rub or scrap the wires
while the boat is bouncing around.
6. Connect
the plug-in to the Smart Box first.
7. Hook the
black wire to the negative side of the boat’s starting battery and
tighten.
8. Install
the circuit breaker close to the positive side of the boat’s starting
battery. Hook the red wire to one side of the circuit breaker making
sure the copper side of the circuit breaker is closest to the boat’s
starting battery.
9, Hook one
side of the short red jumper wire to the copper side of the circuit
breaker and tighten down making sure the terminals on top of the circuit
breaker have no chance of being touched (grounded out) by any metal
objects. Take some electrical tape and cover the terminals.
10. Hook the
other side of the red jumper to the positive terminal of the boat’s
starting battery and tighten down.
11. Go back
and make sure all of the connections are tight.

***VERY IMPORTANT..(will burn
the All Charge unit out).***
If using the All Charge system with any AC charger you can not have
the AC charger hooked to the starting battery of the boat if the onboard
is also hooked to the trolling batteries at the same time.
If using a single bank charger hooked to the All Charge unit you can
charge the starting battery of boat as well as up to three trolling
batteries.
